The privacy statement describes what personal information we collect when our systems and services are used, and how we process it.

Integrated Cooperative Solutions AS (ICS) is responsible for processing personal data made in connection with the use of our systems and services and in contact with our support.

What data do we store

ICS collects information to identify and register a customer relationship and user accounts in our systems. The only personal information obtained is first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the creation of a user role and access control.

Information stored in connection with the use of the Assetfront system is processed by Bouvet AS. Bouvet AS is subject to a separate agreement as a data processor, an agreement that ensures that personal data is not used unlawfully or is unjustifiably used.

When you use Assetfront, information such as search filters and session cookies are logged for better user experience and login to the system. A user profile is used for access management and owner and change history.

Information stored in connection with the conduct of auctions on Retrade.eu is stored on servers owned and operated by Vendo AS. Vendo AS is subject to its own agreement as a data processor, an agreement that ensures that personal data is not used unlawfully or is unjustly used.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is collected in order for ICS to be able to perform the tasks and services we are required to perform in accordance with law, regulations and / or agreement. Processing of personal data takes place within the framework of the applicable law and regulations at all times.

The personal data may be disclosed to third parties with whom ICS cooperates, both within and outside the EEA and the EU area in order to be able to perform the tasks and services we are required to perform in accordance with law, regulation and / or agreement, and in accordance with this privacy statement.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We use a combination of physical, electronic and procedural security to protect personal data.

Information in your account is password protected. Your password will not be visible to ICS as this is encrypted in our systems.

Since no data transmissions over the Internet are 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us.

If ICS becomes aware of a breach of one of the security systems, we will notify you in writing by e-mail so that you can take the necessary protective measures. By using our services or providing us with personal information, you agree that ICS will contact you electronically regarding security and privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Service.

Furthermore, ICS is obliged to notify security breaches to the Data Inspectorate within 72 hours after we become aware of the breach.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures when using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of secure passwords, password encryption, secure encryption keys, installation of security updates for third-party software and components, etc.

ICS is not responsible for any information you choose to store using our services, and we cannot guarantee the consequences of security breaches.

SENSITIVE AND CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION

None of ICSs services require the provision of sensitive and confidential personal information. Registration of such personal data in the ICS interface is not permitted and shall not be disclosed to ICS under any circumstances.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

In some cases, our services include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit personal information to any of these sites, that information is subject to their privacy policy. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy for all websites you visit before submitting personal information.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

YOUTUBE

If or when you upload video about a machine asset to Assetfront, and then subsequently transfer this machine asset to the Retrade auction site for sale, Assetfront will use the YouTube API Services to upload this video file to YouTube. This YouTube video will be embedded on the auction listing site for that particular machine asset, and also featured on Retrade’s YouTube channel. All such videos, including their meta data, uploaded to YouTube will be subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

The customer accepts that ICS reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement on an ongoing basis. Significant changes to the Privacy Statement are notified.
